Steam Background Not Scaling Properly Solution (For those who may need it)

Hey guys, if some of you are still having problems with your steam background cutting at the side, it may have something to do with your screen resolution, screen size and scaling of your screen. Make sure that your screen size and resolution is /set to 1920x1080 and that your Scale and Layout is on 100%.
I have attached few of the test to show you guys what I mean.
These test are done on a 1080p wallpaper. So if the size is different, it may not work.

1. This is under the lower resolution with 100% scaling

As you can see, even with higher resolution but with higher scaling, the background in steam will appear zoomed in and cut. Which gives you an incomplete look of the whole image.

In order to achieve the perfect background look, make sure you are at a higher resolution and check the scaling.

Scaling more than 125% is not recommended for high resolutions.

yeah, its just that i didnt know that scaling actually factors the zooming in of steam profile backgrounds. I actually just found out so I decided to share.

yeah but some backgrounds are smaller, or larger than 1920x1080. so this won't generally work.

I've not seen baackgrounds larger than 1920x1080. A few are smaller, sure.

Most of us has learn what native resolutions is, diffrent pc/monitor or laptop
and that is best resolutions per pc.

and its also seen on some pc/laptop you do need update graphic or even chipset drivers to get right resolution as option so full update on all drivers and bios is recommended , but its years ago i have seen such pc that require drivers first before you can access right Native Resolutions.
