Download stops at some point and doesn`t finish

So after i had to empty my pc and start from default, I wanted to download all my games again. I never had any problems with that, but now they just stop and wont finish.

Currently its with the games Civilisation 6, PUBG and Killing Floor.
For CIV 6 the download starts normal, just like for the other... then at 4.4 GB downloaded (of about 7.1) the drive work stops and the download won´t go any further. For Pubg and KF2 its the same but just at 0.1GB left to finish.

I have a lot of space on my pc, I tried lots of things videos and sides told me to try. Nothing worked.

HELP :) I hope someone is out there who had the same problem and got the fix

Things to try, especially with only 0.1 gb left.

1) Verify cache of the game. The last file may have gotten "hung up" and may need to obtain that file.
2) Switch between wifi and ethernet on the fly (assuming you have both and are not using a hotspot or near a router). That will sometimes trigger it to finish.
3) Maybe try a different download region in Steam settings.

Just some thoughts and experiences I have had in the past (albeit a while ago, haven't had problems downloading lately)

I can resolve it deleting the Steam Web cache and Steam downloads cache.

The same happens with me, The PUBG download stuck at 98%. Did you manage to resolve this?

Is it only Steam with the said problem, when downloading large files? Try ethernet instead of wifi.
