Free games in library but not seen in the Steam client program

I have many free games downloaded and played, but every time when I try to find them in the Steam client's library, they're not there.
If I open the search on the web page I can see many free games as "in my library", but the program is not showing free games I actually have "purchased". They should be seen in the list as not installed games, but the free games are not there.

Free games will appear in your Library only when you install them.

Additional explanation: When I install Steam again, the free games are not seen in the program, of course they are there after installing them. But I have to find them on the web page, I can't find them on the program.

F2P games don't stay in your library when uninstalled unless you've purchased DLC for them.

@Eldin, on the web page I see also free games as "in my library". Can I search for all the free games "in my library" on the web page, to install them again? I can't remember all the free games I have played, but want to play again....

When you click Play Now on any free game it gets added to your library. But it won't be shown in Library tab in the Steam client until you install the game or buy a DLC for that game.

Ok, thank you, but still not quite the perfect for me...
Yes, it's a list of all the free and not free games I have ever downloaded (or "purchased"), BUT in that list there are no links to the games and I need to start searching them one-by-one to download again to the newly downloaded Steam client.

Yes, they disappear from library but not from your profile. Profile -> Games ->All

The "all games" list and "licences" should be combined, both be able to use "free games" filter and available in Steam client, too :)
