Does this still work after the recent changes? Supposedly you can only redeem wallet codes that are issued in your own currency now.

It has to be the same currency you use. If you're using Euros, you can activate a Euro card.

Can't activate anything that isn't your currency.

It will most likely not work since Turkey has their own Steam Store currency and there are Wallet Cards available for Turkish Lira.
So the Euro cards will not activate since they are the wrong currency.
