Rust Ban

How to get unban in game "Rust"? My account was hacked and i lost it, someone played in Rust from my account and cheated, or something. I gane my account back with Vac-Ban in Rust. I wrote to FacePunch support, but they didn't answered. How can i get unban in game?

The GAME ban is NOT a VAC ban.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC at all.

Being 'hacked' is not a relevant excuse.
