Report a translation problem
NVIDIA: Right click on desktop > Click NVIDIA Control Panel > Under the 'Display' tab select 'Adjust desktop size and position' > Under the 'Scaling' tab select 'Full-screen' and check the 'Override the scaling mode set by games and programs' box.
I don't have AMD and never used it so I can't help with that one.
If you have an integrated Intel graphics: Right click on desktop > Click Intel HD Graphics Control Panel > Find the Graphics Properties tab and select the scaling mode and change to full-screen.
Steam settings>web browser>delete web browser cache.
Well, that or run the game at your native dsktop resolution.
