Valve Index pre-order

I live in EU so I was lucky (at least I tought so) to be able to buy Index.
When I filled my order and wanted to pay via paypal this appered on order confirming page:

"for the protection of the account holder, this purchase has been declined. further purchasing will be temporarily limited - please contact steam support to resolve this issue."

I tried several times until I was blocked due to many attempts and had to wait. Now some part of Index KIT is out of stock so I can only do reservation with shipping date August 31 2019.

Oh the warning was , that it was going sale?Thank you, I was unsure that going on sale these days meant selling out v early on a niche product, less than 2 days after announcement xD,When did steam become kickstarter/indigogo 1.6 :P?Countdown to announcement then being sold out to wve 2 and 3 in a day, Ehm, I think thats what we expect of startups, not very wealthy established mega corps, How about we add them to the cart together and get the same discount?Or do you suggest the computer says no?XD?Same difference if you are buying them... some people I think just like to bendover....

They announced the Index was going to be released months ago. And there is no sale/discount for it yet.

it was only on sale for a day before estimated dispatch per pre order moved up multiple months, im not living under a rock and did know of this coming, I did not think there would be very limited quantities.What part of that is hard understand?A company like valve, pulling lead time orders to factory to meet "demand", they must have thought only 5 k ppl would buy 1 in the first day?How do you purpose they continued sales with a months headstart, only the second day since the announcement and live pre order ability, Whn the idea of a pre order is they know how many to send on launch day, not order and we will make ya one lads XD, I have no clue how they cant increase production to meet demand, unless this is a severe lack of judgement on their behalf(doubtful), or (more likely) they want the media hyping this up declaring get it quick, sold out jabber, Very dissapointed that valve did not have their ♥♥♥♥ together on this.Could drop the orange box 3 rn with l4d3, portal 3, and half life 3 , and I would still be crabbed with them.(i was not speaking of discount 9999999999,I meant the same price in cart of the "bundle", as the items individual selcted in the cart.)

Tens of millions of active users. Even if only 1% of say 30 million wanted to order it, that is still 300K.

I got an email from Valve about my failed payment offering me the chance to still be in the first batch of pre-orders. They said they will send me an email next week to complete my purchase.
