("remember me" option)
Why is Steam asking you to log in all the time?
Set it to remember you problem solved.
The only time i get that is deleting the Steam downloads cache.
Make notepad write down Steam Username and password copy and paste it.
If not I have workarounds for my password manager, Keepass. Sites that require you to select enter and then loads a separate password page/box you can do a few things.
Option 1
On Keepass you can edit the autotype function so it enters befopre typing in the password. Usually something like
{username}{TAB}{password}{Enter}
Some sites require tabbing twice, little extra checkbox after username field or something so you edit the command to do
{username}{TAB}{TAB}{password}{Enter}
Depending on the spend on the Page/Box change I'd try
{username}{Enter}{password}{Enter}
Option 2
If that isn't an option or doesn't work for yours you could try not entering a user name into the username field of your password manager. Then manually enter it into the Steam Login field and only auto type/enter the password. As the username is blank it should just enter the password.
Option 3
If option 2 works you could make 2 separate Steam entries. One for the username and no password and another for the password and no username. That way you activate each of them separately for the relevant task
