Time to choose, Thrustmaster TMX or Logitech G 920.

I promised my Grandson I'd buy him a steering wheel for his racing games. We had the Logitech G29 but it failed after three weeks, we received a full refund.
Here in Canada the Thrustmaster TMX retails for $ 269.00, the Logitech G920 retails for $ 400.00. As I had to return the G29 the store offered to sell me a new Logitech G920 for $ 249.00 quite a difference from $ 400.00.
I've checked out numerous reviews and I read good and not so good about both products. I see one benefit to the G920, it's not only compatible with PC but also with X Box One.
Any suggestions guiys ?? ,,,, thanks, Grandpa.

Im using the TMX with no complaints at all. This was my first wheel; I bought it almost 3 years ago for EuroTruck, but use it for all kinds of racing sims now.

Is it "the best"? No. IMO though, and at the time, it was the best price for what you get.
