When I press the PLAY button it says Installing:Microsoft DirectX for windows (step 1 of 1) and its
stuck, not loading, then it disappears
csgo - windows 7 - directX 11

Whats the gpu may not be backwards compatible for directx 9c
According to csgo minimum system requirements
Graphics: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0
DirectX: Version 9.0c

dx11 cards are compatible with dx9.

try verifying the game files.
