Games stuck outputting sound to headphones.
I recently picked up Bloodstained and My Friend Pedro, and after starting both of them up, found that they won't output sound through my speakers, but if I plug headphones in the audio works fine. Neither game has any audio settings to change the output, and I'm not having this problem with any other games. Has anyone else run into this issue?

go to your sound settings in the operating system and set speakers to default

rightclick the yellow speaker icon on the right bottom of your desktop open the playback devices click on speakers set as default.
Everytime you switch from headphones back to speakers do this as windows doesn't always automatically switch it back.

I've been having this / similar issues as well for multiple games, and have found at least a work around but not a fix. I start the game with my audio going through Bluetooth headphones and then turn them off once I get past the cinematic. The audio works perfectly after that as it kicks back to my default speakers. But I have to do this every. Single. Time.

Extra weird for Darkest Dungeon is that the opening cinematic has audio and then goes silent. Extra extra weird is that there is text that now pops up when the narrator makes comments during the game. Somehow the audio not cueing also makes the text not show up which seems a wild bug. O_o
