Hi! I don't understand if they send me the CD or I have to download the game without CD

if you buy the game from steam, you click the INSTALL button on game in your library. it will download and then install itself

There is no CD.

When you buy on Steam or the majority of online retailers you get a digital key. That key links to your account so you can download the games. Doesn't matter if you uninstall or your drives crashes you can always download it again and again.

Just hit the Install button after you buy a game to begin the download and install process

All games sold on Steam are digital purchases, there are no physical media that Valve will send to you.
Also, CDs are dead for quite a while and even DVD is almost dead.
