Is there a way to fix mouse scrolling with new UI?
After the new UI, I can't use mouse to scroll in most of steam. It won't work in areas like the store. It works for the GAMES list in my library, but not the right side (game info) part.

Scrolling is working here, sorry. But I don't have notification sounds or tags anymore. Looks like this patch is a game of bug roulette.

Store sometimes works, it's working now.

If your scrolling is jittery then refresh any page your on. Fixes it for me.
