Steam is open in taskbar but when I click it, the screen will not open
If I hover over the task, I can see the steam store as usual, but clicking it does nothing, meaning I cannot interact with steam other than the updates I get when opening steam through my desktop. Any ideas? Windows 10 btw.

I've tried running it in compatibility mode, compatibility troubleshooting and I've closed steam through task manager but to no avail.

note steam has a few subprocesses that it runs so ensure you pin the correct subprocess

You don't seem to understand, steam is open in my taskbar and when i hover over it i can see it just fine, but clicking it does nothing, meaning i cannot get it on my screen and therefore i cannot interact with the steam store/library/etc
