Running game, but window don't show up

Hi guys,
I've been now playing Crash on my pc since 2 months and, until yesterday, everything worked pretty well. This morning, I wanted to play and what happens is that the game loads, I can hear the music and see the icon in the windows bar, but the game doesn't show up. I haven't change anything from yesterday night. Any suggestion?

Did you/steam update the application before you launched it?

If yes you may look for any GPU Driver updates.

I don't remember if it updated, but the GPU driver are updated (at least if I check from the NVIDIA Panel it says so).

thanks so much for your help, I am really appreciating it!
So, I cleared the download cache and it didn't resolve the problem. However, after doing that, by clicking on "Play" to start the game, a little update started. But then the game still runs without any window showing (although I can see it in the foreground). Maybe there is a way to prevent that update?

Windows 10. But it has never been a problem. I mean, I was playing normally on Friday, then I turned it off and Saturday morning it disappeared. This is so annoying -.-

Ok, solved. I clicked on the right angle of the bar, the button to close everything and show the desktop, and the game appeared. It doesn't make any sense still to me, but at least I solved. Thank you all for helping.
