Steam - error -21
Hello dear Steam Community!

I recently reformat my computer and reinstall Windows to refresh it. Before that operation Steam work without any problems. When I installed it again, I can't log in to friends network and when I enter store or any other web connected tab I've constantly got a -21 error and couldn't do anything. What could I do?

I've tried:
1. Reinstall Steam
2. Beta client
3. Update any driver in my PC to the latest version
4. Defragmentation

My PC is:
1. Fully updated OS, MS Store Apps and drivers
2. No new software or hardware since reformat
3. All software, games etc. are original
P.S. On my laptop Steam works fine (same software setup as PC).

Problem solved.
I have to disable my integrated Network card which not working. Now everything works. ;)

check network driver at pc brand name or if custom build pc, then its brand mortherboard support page. if bug is that issue.
