I keep getting that message every time I search on the workshop of A Hat In Time, can anyone help me solve this problem please? I don’t know what to do.

other then exit client or change dl zone. can sometimes trigger access, but as above post point out its steam that has a issue.

ps.
only reason i notice this is steam move me to next nearest dl zone if current is to busy or to many jump ( so vpn and wifi could be a issue also, depend network )
