Hi,
when I click on store page I still have to type the name of the game in to the search field to find the storepage of the game.
Discussions also requires me to click on discussion, then click on the game and / or click on " more games " and then choose the game.
I am not a genius in maths, but the new layout definiteyl requires me to do more to get where I want to be than before.
I don't like it at all, is there any way I can set it back to the old layout ?
I give this one a try, thank you.
Where are you clicking that you need to search etc?
Smart move. Not ideal, but definitely better than what a previous poser has described.
Thank you.
I clicked on STORE and COMMUNITY -> DISCUSSIONS
Like from the main steam backe upper menue you can also see right now ( left upper corner )
Bless you!
Launch your games through the Gog launcher!
It'd be one thing if they made this optional. Now they've made it mandatory.
Go wear your skinnyjeans and instagrams elsewhere and get off my lawn!
+1
the marked answer seems.... unsafe.
There have been similar Youtube videos with other Steam updates in the past that just straight cleaned up peoples inventories and stole passwords and other data.
But Steam has updates all the time. In the video, he states the .cfg file "prevents any updates to the Steam client". Isn't that going to be a problem when Steam has normal updates?
Not to mention installing files from a random third party is never a good idea, it's totally possible it's filled with malware.
