Download folder for patches!?
I got a weird problem today:

I have all my games installed on my "standard" D drive except for one game. At some point I decidet to installed PUBG on my C drive (my SSD). But this is years ago and I continued to install all my games on my D drive after. Today I tried to patch DBD and it uses the download folder from C. I checked it in the options screen, and it says my standard folder is D with 31 games installed and my second one is C with 1 game installed. I never moved any games by hand or something like that.

Why Steam is using C to download patches!? Am I able to change it!?

Steam will now use library folders on other drives to download game updates if the primary drive doesn't have enough space left

And it also requires temporary space to apply the patch. Steam takes that into account when downloading patches.
