Is playing music through mic in games allowed?

I'm bored and i wanna do it, but when i searched how to do it in the videos they called it "micspam", which sounds like is not allowed in games... idk. i mostly wanna do it in rainbow six siege and overwatch. any chance you know if doing it is allowed in those games?

It's generally frowned upon and easily gets you a kickvote and a report for toxic behavior.

Depends on the rules for each game but most likely you will get reported.

Not sure if it's allowed and that would be game specific anyway. Personally if you did that I'd either mute or kick you....depending on how I'm feeling when you do it.

If I want to listen to music whilst gaming I'll listen to music of my choice not that of some random person. Especially when your music can drown out important audio cues for what is happening in a game. I'm not the only one that feels this way.

im not playing comps/ranked games anyways, so that it wont necessarily be bad for anyone, just to those who are toxic tryhards in qp games (they honestly need to quit qp)

Sound is a tactical component in R6S. Your voice-chat-music is a clear disadvantage for your team. Means you’re probably going to get muted all the time and reported quite often.

oh well yeah. thats true XD. but what if i play it while we're getting prepared then mute while in game? i mean, im sure some toxic ragers will vote kick me even then, but that wouldnt cause any disadvantage, right?

Doesn't matter. If players wanted to listen to music they have that choice and would be listening to music they like. Casual or competitive makes no difference.

I'm not toxic and I'm not a try hard. I play for fun and when I want music it's my choice to listen to it. Forcing your music on myself and others makes YOU the one who is Toxic not the other players

Again you spoilingthe experience for them. Maybe while your all getting ready they actually want to be preparing by discussing strategies.

rule 1 of reality as far as everybody else is concerned that makes you just as bad or worse after all at least a toxic tryhard wants to win so will be doing what they can to help your team while you are just a selfish ass.
