Where to get Pillars of Eternity 2 Fig CD key

While I know I'm late to the party, and also didn't have a pc to play it when Pillars released...
However I backed the basic edition of Pillars of Eternity 2, and I have no idea how to get the digital download key from the website.

Would anyone know how to get this said key and download to steam on the fig website? :)

If anyone know its would be appreciated :D

Huh, so this one is mainly on me, since I didn't read

when logging into my fig account, pressing my picture, and hitting my games, I failed to read

"All backers should have received an email from Obsidian with a link to their backer portal to redeem their game keys. You can access their backer portal at https://eternity.obsidian.net/login - your rewards should be waiting for you if you create an account with the same email address that you used on Fig.

If you have any issues creating your account or redeeming your keys, you can contact [e-mail] with your backer number and the email address you backed with and they'll be able to assist you."

which basically said that I needed to have linked it to the obsidian backer portal, [ https://eternity.obsidian.net/backer/pledges ] which I never did.

I was new to this so I never knew.

So I went to the obsidian site logged in/created an account with the same email as what I backed my fig account, where got me to https://support.obsidian.net/article/22-how-do-i-link-my-fig-pledge-to-my-obsidian-account to log in, follow the steps and redeem.

So thank you, you prompted me to the right direction, thank you :D

Functionally you make an Obsidian account with the same email as you fig one. you'll then 'buy' the game via the backer portal where your backer funds are used to basically replicate what you did on FIG. hen in your account profile you get your steam key
