Can i gift my friend a DLC that another friend gifted to me?
So my friend gifted me a DLC but i can't accept it because it says Insufficient Privillage. So 2 questions in here i guess. 1.) If I buy the base game, can I accept the DLC? and 2.) After I buy the game and if i can accept the DLC, can i gift the both to my friend?

You can possibly buy your friend a game, what SPECIFIC game is it? Some games (like the newer hitman) CANNOT be gifted.

If you accept and / or buy a game for yourself, that's it, it's permanently tied to your account. "BUY FOR FRIEND" is the only option available.

The game is Final Fantasy XIV. The gift my friend giftd to me is a DLC called Finaly Fantasy XIV shadowbringers.
