I transfer my game to another hard disc, so i want to move steam like softwer, can i move it without redownloading games?

Move Steam & the games together. That is, move Steam to that other disk and move the games inside the Steam folder.

It doesn't matter whether you use the mouse or keyboard shortcuts. Move Steam (in case that ain't clear, when it's not running) to the disk you want the games to be and then the games inside the Steam folder.

that know i take steam folder from C and just place it on D right.

Just follow my instructions. It seems like I should mention that you have to put the games in the PROPER subfolder, that is SteamApps\Common.

For starters, you take the whole Steam folder and move it, by whatever means you prefer, to the disk you want the games to sit on in future. Then, you take your Steam library, take it's SteamApps folder and put it into the main Steam folder, thus merging it with the SteamApps folder already there. Then start Steam. You may have to verify the local game content afterwards, but that won't take long and is only needed if a game acts up.

To get Steam & the games together. The point of the whole ordeal is to have the games inside the Steam folder on the drive where you want your games to be.

I alredy have one steam folder with games on another drive, did i need just to move all folders expect steamapps?
