The HDD one is nowhere to be found, but Steam still attempts to install to there, once again claiming 0 MB
I know it's not trying to access the SSD one because that one says it has about 90 GB left, too.
I decided to not mess around with individual files for fear of messing anything up, so I just uninstalled everything Steam-related. After that, I could reinstall. Now that any existence of the now-gone hard drive and corresponding library folder had been erased from this mortal plane, the only folder left was the SSD. I'm installing my games now!
