Deleting Steam Library Folder?
Ok, so around November my hard drive went bad. Luckily, I had my SSD still up so the computer worked. The issue I have is that all of my games were on that hard drive.

Sounds like an easy fix, right? Just make a new library folder on the SSD and you should be good to install your games again. So I did just that.

It didn't work. The folder was made, but it still keeps trying to install to the now removed hard drive, and claims there are 0 MB available. Well duh, there's nothing there.

Now I can't reinstall or play any of my games. How do I delete the library folder that was on the hard drive, or at least stop Steam from trying to access that one?

Please help, i just want to play my games.

Edit: Here are a few images to help me explain my problem. The second is what it shown when I attempt to install a game, the first is the Steam Library Folders pop-up. Notice it only has the SSD folder present, is default, and had plenty of space.

I forgot to mention this as, well, but the SSD library folder is the only one that shows up when I go to

Settings > Downloads > Library Folders

The HDD one is nowhere to be found, but Steam still attempts to install to there, once again claiming 0 MB

I know it's not trying to access the SSD one because that one says it has about 90 GB left, too.

Ok, ok, I got it!

I decided to not mess around with individual files for fear of messing anything up, so I just uninstalled everything Steam-related. After that, I could reinstall. Now that any existence of the now-gone hard drive and corresponding library folder had been erased from this mortal plane, the only folder left was the SSD. I'm installing my games now!
