Steam keeps opening up when using Project 64
Title says it all. Pressing certain buttons rapidly on my controller opens up Steam which is incredibly annoying during gameplay. There's no option in any of the P64 menus to disable this, and this has never happened before to me. I have no idea if this is happening because of Steam, P64 or some weird setting in Windows 10, but this is seriously annoying and is interfering with my gameplay.

Did your Windows 10 update recently? Check it for this issue on google. I don't know what p64 is, but I do know that w10 just updated and nearly bricked a lot of people's computers.

Ahh is that what that is?

Yeah, you're on your own. Nothing to do with steam.

Why can't you assist me when this issue clearly involves Steam as well as the emulator? I'm asking this here on the Steam forums as well as the Project 64 sub-reddit, so please don't be smart with me and tell me to stop using emulators. I own all the games I play on them and don't plan to stop until it becomes feasible for me to buy original hardware.
