Report a translation problem
Once you’ve got them all then you can do a clean reinstall.
Go into your steam/steamapps/commom folder and delete the Oblivion folder manually after uninstalling the game.
Then reinstall the game from your library.
That should give you a clean install.
WHY WOULD STEAM DO THIS?! So mean troubleshooting steps (mods or no) require the average gamer to UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL.
And yet....THE GAME WILL NOT BE CLEANLY INSTALLED AT ALL. It's like I'm being punished for modding lol. (and by extension my husband cause I modded Elden Ring while he wasn't playing but a DLC just dropped)
