Xbox One Wired PDP Controller | Can't get this thing to work!

I recently purchased an Xbox PDP Controller, same as one at the following link: https://www.pdp.com/en/shop/pdp-wired-controller-048-082-na-bk

1) The device is not showing up in Device Manager
2) The USB port is functional
3) My current OS is Windows 10 Home Version 1903 for x64
4) Xbox Accessories does not detect controller
5) PDP Control Hub also does not detect controller

I have downloaded some drivers for it, but I have no idea how to install them. Does anyone have some advice on this issue or work-arounds? It looks like Windows isn't even acknowledging that this thing is present.

Yes! Apparently this thing has some problems haha. Make sure you push in the cable until you hear a loud click! I thought the cable was plugged into my controller, but it actually wasn't. Their support team helped me realize that it may feel like it is plugged in all the way, but that it really isn't.
