No sound In Big Picture mode
Hello everyone I have an issue that I can't seem to resolve. I'm referring to having no sound in big picture mode. It starts as soon as I open the mode. The animation stutters and skips without any music or sound. I have no ambient music or even navigation sounds when moving around the tiles.

Adding to this I have no sound when trying to watch a trailer in the store, aswell as the video just loading or freezing altogether. They do work in desktop mode without issue. I have checked all my settings, made sure that I only have one audio device enabled and that all my drivers are up to date. Big Picture mode is the only application that is having this issue. To add to this I have all the volumes set to max in Big picture settings.

And help would be welcomed or a fix if anyone else has come across this issue. Thank you.

my only guess is to manually choose your sound driver to your external speakers then run BPM

Thanks very much for the info mate. I've sorted the issue out now. It was my realtek drivers. Ended up uninstalling them and just running through Nvidia HD audio
