Twin Generic USB Joystick working fine but cant use to play in steam

i think my post in Steam Discussions got deleted
so ill try here i need help please dont delete

i got 1 generic usb joystick and 1 twin usb joystick (3 in total)
both working fine on my LAPTOP w/ win7 os and same account
but on my PC only the generic joystick is playable
while im using the same os and same account
i can play using my generic joystick but not the twin
i checked control panel and it is recognized, buttons are working properly
just cant use in steam games
