Solved: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey: Xbox buttons showing with PS4 controller with steam link hardware
This is driving me nuts! If anyone can help I’d greatly appreciate it. Playing ACO over my Steam Link hardware using a PS4 controller over Bluetooth, streamed from a high-end gaming pc.

PROBLEM: The game shows the Xbox layout/buttons instead of the PS4 ones. It messes me up constantly.

Can anyone help?!?

Go to the in-game controls options menu then scroll down to the "controls" section and there should be two options for input device and controller icons. Just change those to the appropriate settings and that should fix it for you.

Note: in game controls select Xbox then change icons to DualShock
