HELP ME FIND GAME! Free Small Story Game, play as girl, nukes are about to fall, make decisions

Platform(s): I played this on Windows

Genre: Story, Nuclear

Estimated year of release: Idk. I think I played this back in 2015-2017 sometime

Graphics/art style: Just a typical story game. There wasn't like moving or walking animations or anything, just options to choose from. From what I can VAGUELY remember it had a dark/red theme

Notable characters: The main character, you, a girl in her apartment. She had a boyfriend or something, too.

Notable gameplay mechanics: You choose between various options, and I think you have some sort of small inventory you can have items with for future decisions

Other details: You play as this girl in her apartment. One of the first options is between using the phones to call or going on the internet. The phone line is overloaded with calls, but the internet works just fine. Later options in the game are persuade someone who is in a fallout shelter to let you in, and then you have to figure a way out after the nukes fall.



Another route in the story you drive away from the city, get stopped by a gang of people on a bridge/highway (given the choice to fight them, which you loose, or give them some stuff, and you go by). After you get past them you're in some sort of stadium with a line. If you get told to go one way, you were too irradiated and you're left to die. If they say to go the other, you're OK.



I COULD HAVE SWORN this game was on Steam but I checked my library history and didn't see any games with playtime. I am certain it was a free story game on steam...
