You dont need a code for UPLAY games. Install the newest UPLAY client from the UBISOFT homepage, log in with your UPLAY account ( if you dont have one, make one) and link that UPLAY account to your Steam account.
Thats all. UPLAY games on Steam will automatically register to your UPLAY account when you start them the first time. No need for a serial key.
