Dolphin Joystick Move Configuration

I've seen community configs for Dolphin using the Joystick move for the left analog stick, yet it doesn't output anything when touched. Assuming this must be some problem with my Wii Remote configuration on Dolphin but...I don't see how I can input "Joystick Move" for the Nunchuck analog stick. What I'm particularly asking help with is configuring the Nunchuck analog stick to work with the Joystick move configuration over steam because it seems like other people are able to do this going off of the community configs.
