How much over 2 hours and when did you buy it?

You can go to game refund screen and select I have a question about this purchase and explain to someone on steam but its a case by case basis and there is no guarantee that it will be accepted.

Highly doubted. No refunds after 2 hours. You should had quit just before 2 hours is up then refund would be guarantee.

There's no harm in trying. I've had a few refunds that have gone beyond two hours including one that was 4.7. You do have to have a good justifiable reason to secure a refund outside of the policy though.

I got a refund for a game after 4 hours but i was able to show deceptive advertising by the dev's on the state of the game when they called something a beta and it was actually an alpha.
