You are not missing much, its not even really a game, its a "looking at girls in swimsuits" simulator and paying hundreds of dollars for gacha tickets to get new clothes for them.

Even the very first Dead or Alive Xtreme on the original Xbox had more content.

My friend accidentally got acc banned
He go to internet cafe
And log in onto his steam account
And after he open steam apps there are games list that already installed
But he only can play game he owned or free to play
He play one game free to play but not available in his country region
But somehow he can play and get banned accidentally
He dont know that was not avail in his country and that isnthe internet cafe mistake for putting the vpn
How to solve this
Since his acc is quite valuable

Your first question shows that you haven't even bothered trying. Because if you had, you would know. Pro tip: Don't give up before giving it at least a shot. As for the latter question, it's the cafe's and your friend's fault. The cafe's for not properly isolating user sessions and your friend's for logging onto such a cafe in the first place. Pro tip: Don't use your Steam or, actually, ANY account on insecure places!
