Do Non-Steam games "count" in Family Sharing?
I haven't seen any discussion on this topic since around 2014, and I want a more recent answer.
I have Family Sharing enabled on my account. One of the "features" of Family Sharing is that when the Sharing person starts playing a game, the person being shared with is no longer able to access that library.
What I want to know is if the person being shared with gets locked out when I, the Sharing person, use a Non-Steam game. I'm NOT asking if they're able to download a Non-Steam game- I'm asking if they get LOCKED OUT when *I* play a Non-Steam game.
