Stop giving away all your account info to phishing login pages on 3rd party skin sites.
Your items are gone for good. Report the account that received them.
To clean your account, do all of the following in short order:
- Change your password
- Deauthorise all other devices
- Revoke your API key
- Order new backup codes

Yes, you did. You thought, it was your secondary account, because the account took the name and avatar of it. You could have recognised it through the wrong level and account age.

An important advice for the future: If you need to enter your Steam login into any website, go to the main page of Steam and log in there instead. If you try to log into the site you want to go to then, you should be able to confirm your account without entering your name and password. If this is not the case, it is not Steam but a trap.
