For those who get this error message;

“Your purchase has not been completed. Your credit card information has been declined by your credit card company.”

Here’s a potential fix;

Go to VanilliaPrePaid.com, insert your prepaid card’s information, and assign your region’s Postal code. Then try adding funds again.
