Can't connect to any online game or discord rtc but internet works fine

My pc can't do wifi so I use an ethernet cable, it's better eitherway. But I had to do wifi for a while and it sucks since the thing just dies every 10 minutes or if I use to much internet at one time. I could rarely play games but I'd disconnect midgame if I could.

Here's where my issue kicks in.. When I got my ethernet cable back from my parents (I moved out and forgot it) and plugged it in I suddenly can't connect to voice calls in discord and I can search for a match in pubg/cs/lol/any game but time out in the loading screen. The download and upload speed is faster than my parents internet and I can browse the internet faster than I ever could while having 5 different twitch tabs open or whatever and still have no issue with the internet. So what could be the issue?

Using proxy is the only thing I haven't tried and there's a reason for that but my brother (moved with me) can play games using wifi. I've read in other forums about a similar issue but I can't find a solution in any of them. If you think you have a solution just name it even tho I have probably, most defenitely already tried it. Thanks in advance.

Discord has nothing to do with Steam.
