Hello, I was having trouble when I need to put money on my account, I am having one question:
How do I transform Euros into Dollars? I need to activate my limited steam account though.
Here is the example:

Just remember to have him take and send you a pic of the card and receipt as it can be used for proof of account ownership.

Just edit the title and add "solved" to it. Unsub from the thread if you like.

You can't put in less than 5 Euros though.

Just add 5 Euros.

If you are in a country that uses Euro, 5 EURO is the minimum you can add.
Just add that, its above 5 dollars after currency conversion so it will unlimit your account.

Okay, but what happens if I get some dollars instead of euros and activate my account in Europe?

If you use a wallet card with a different currency, it will be automatically converted using current exchange rates.

I can't understand clearly. Can you make the answer very clear? Cause I am no expert at currencies.

Google Translate:
Dacă utilizați un card de portofel cu altă monedă, acesta va fi convertit automat utilizând cursurile de schimb actuale.
You dont need to add $.

Seriously, why not??? You do realize that my brother is in America, how is he supposed to work to get some euros in Europe? I can't even get 5 € in this country. But come on! Why isn't dollars good?

How should anyone realize that your brother is in america, and that he needs to get euros in europe, while you cant get 5 euros in "this" country,
while you ask how to unlimit your account?

Are you using your brothers account to add money for him?

Or is he the one directly adding money on your account?

I am USING brother's card. If he has American Express. And yes, I do have permission to activate it.

Did I put the question of HOW to activate? I put HOW to transform euros into dollars. Dollars are necessary FOR me.

1. That never ends well. I look forward to your "account alert" thread in the future

2. You don't have the same address that is tied to the card itself. It also needs to be the same as the one on your account. And you are in another country. The card company will most likely flag it anyways.

3. Just have him buy you a physical card at the store and send you pics of it and the receipt.

Wait? So that number one, "account alert". Is it considered fraud when I get money on my brother's credit card?
