Payment method (Culture Voucher) not showing

Hello. My friend, who's now in the Republic of Korea wanted to send me some steam money, through a payment method called Culture Voucher. The thing is, it's not showing for me as a method.

What can I do to add the money? Thanks

Hey there, from what I've seen you cannot directly buy Steam Wallet using Culture Voucher.

However, you can buy Steam Wallet codes from Korean marketplace sites such as Gmarket to purchase Steam Wallet using the Culture Voucher by first making both the accounts for Gmarket and Culture Voucher, which means unless you live in South Korea purchasing anything using Culture Voucher can be challenging. (you need to understand Korean)

You can try asking your friend to buy the Steam Wallet through Gmarket instead of you purchasing it yourself.
