Ports will not open no matter what.

So i had this issue before where it was fixed by calling my isp and it took a whole day but now it's back for some reason and i'm trying to figure out what's interfering with the ports not opening.

Please note i have tested pretty much everything it's all configured correctly even into the firewall and yes i listened to the ports when i checked if their open or not and there's no other softwares interfering with the ports.
The issue is from the router website interface except i have no idea what's causing it, i'm here hoping someone has an idea on what it might be.
Router model is> DSL G256DG

Depends on the router. Ask on the forum of the router's manufacturer or their support page.

They don't even have my router model. which is dsl g265dg
