What does this mean on a refund request?
"A refund request for your purchase has been sent to your payment provider. Any products or wallet credit from the purchase will be unavailable until we receive a response from your payment provider. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been completed when we receive a response."

That means you will have to wait for your payment provider to get in touch with support about the request.

I bought Wolfenstein Youngbood like 4 days ago now I want My Friend Pedro so.. doesn't even show my wallet money as pending.. ;(

$9.99 back to my VISA and $20 back to Steam wallet but the $20 isn't even in parenthesis as pending right now.

I know it'd be a day to wait for the funds anyway, but now it seems like it might be 2 days at least.

Because it is awaiting your payment providers response. Until then, no money is being refunded.

And the money just hit my account, don't even need to wait the usual 24 hours.
