My refund is being unfairly denied
In this sales I've bought the Call of Duty: Black Ops III - Zombie Chronicles Edition, I thought this was the good one, that it included all zombie maps of previous games and ALSO the maps from the DLC's of the Black Ops III which wasn't the case. I made a mistake and wanted to get a refund, so I send it and Steam answered me denying the refund because I had 4 hours played in the Black Ops III. The problem is that those 4 hours came from the times, since 2015, that the game was getting free weekends. I didn't know I couldn't get a refund having the hours of the free weekends, I couldn't even know I had those hours because the game wasn't in my library. The system is denying me the refund because it AUTOMATICALLY denies all game that has more than 2 hours but since the time I bought the game I only expent 6 minutes on it. What should I do? Is there any way to contact with a human from Steam that can treat my problem? It's been 3 times getting a wrong refund with this game and I have open a "Question about the purchase" but it isn't getting a answer, and I won't be able to make a refund once 14 days since the purchase past. I really don't know what more can I do.

Here is how to request a refund outside the limits.

Log in to the Steam client - click on help at the top of the screen - click on Steam Support - click on 'Purchases' - click on the game - "I have a question about this purchase" - explain the issue politely.

Don't play the game at all until you have received an answer.

Asking for the refund to go to your wallet seems to help.

Anyone with common sense should be able to look and see your most recent activity for a game you JUST bought hasn't totaled four hours. Like Drab said, send in another support ticket and explain it.
