Ps4 Controller not detected by windows

I just got a dualshock 4, and it worked normally for the first few weeks. I didnt use bluetooth, I used a micro usb cable. Today, ds4 windows and Rocket League stopped detecting my controller.
I tried it on my laptop and It worked normally on there. I watched a few youtube videos and they all said something like "go into device manager and find HID compliant controller'". My issue is that my controller is not showing up in the HID menu AND in Devices and Printers the controller shows up as an Audio device. Can someone help? I really don't want to spend all summer trying to learn how to play KBM rocket league.
Edit: I have a PC and a Laptop. The laptop is kinda crappy, so I use my pc as my primary machine.

Hello dear fellow, i had the same problem in the last 24 hours.
I removed the bluetooth driver, the x360 driver, Vigem driver, SCP Driver, dissconected and reconnected multiple times the controller, reinstalled every driver again; there was NO "Game Controller" detected, it was only recognized by the bluetooth. (it worked if i used USB btw)

Today morning surviving a hangover i thought in looking at the hidden "HID compliant Controller", in my case the .sys was from HID Guardian, at some point i must have installed it, who knows, but just removing that did the magic, the controller was instantly detected by windows and DS4.
I dont know if this helps you, but you might give it a try. If you need more details let me know.
