Steam Gift Card has 13 digits rather than 15

What do I do if my steam gift card has 13 digits(XXXXX-XXXXX-XXX) when it should have 15(XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX)
I have sent a request to Steam but based on my customer service experiences with large companies, they will take a while and respond with an automated answer that doesn't help at all(especially around Christmas), I would attach a picture but then I would show the code, what do I do?

Got a $20 dollar card with 13 digits abd i looked it up it says it supposed to have 13 digits but I don’t know if that’s true or not but yes mine says there was an error redeeming the entered code I got a $50 one for Christmas and that worked fine so idk what’s up with this
