Please post your event error ID and exception code.

Event Viewer Error ID
How to find the Event Error ID for csgo.exe:
  1. Recreate the crash.
  2. Open run (Windows Key + R).
  3. Enter eventvwr.msc and then click OK.
  4. Expand Windows Logs and then select Application.
  5. Search through the logs for an error ( ! ) containing details about csgo.exe.

error ID (1000)
Eexception code (0xc0000005)
Nutt Jun 6, 2019 @ 1:33am
it mentions something about something called "engine.dll_unloaded" not sure if that helps.
Exception code 0xc0000005 refers to an Access Violation Error and could be triggered for a variety of reasons. Just to list a few possible causes:

-Corrupt files
-Out-of-date drivers
-Conflict with anti-virus
-Overclocking processors

Start by doing a clean boot of Windows and verifying the integrity of your game files. The instructions to do so can be found below.

Clean Boot Windows
https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

Verify Integrity of Game Files
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335
  1. Restart your computer and launch Steam
  2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
  3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
  4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

i did this and still didn't work.
Ensure your drivers are up-to-date, an all-in-one updater (Driver Booster) can be found below.

they are.
Which anti-virus are you using?
Nutt Jun 8, 2019 @ 6:13pm
Mcafee.
To eliminate your anti-virus from being the culprit, try disabling Mcafee followed by enabling and updating Windows Defender Antivirus.

still doesn't work.
Run System File Checker to scan for corrupted system files.

You might also encounter an access violation if you're using Razer Synapse. If that's the case, from 'msconfig' try disabling all Razer programs and services then reboot your computer.

Alternative manufacturers aren't out of the question either but I have not found reason to suspect any other brands than Razer.
