but it says ideling complate and there is no cards in my inventory what do i do now?
If Idle Master says idling complete, it usually means that no card drops are remaining.
Also:

It has always been that way. The only new change Valve made is games that are given away free for a limited time on Steam or other sites don't drop cards anymore.
