Mod icons disappeared after the new library update

All game icons on my non steam games and steam games are visible, but non steam mods in this case half life mods from moddb doesn't show. Anyone have this problem? Also, It's not that i don't have icons in the mod files but that they are basically just transparent without any texture in the steam library.

I've figured out a way to fix it. find the icon file, then add "_big" at the end. The restart Steam.

Did you even exit Steam?

run the game, then exit out of it. See if that also does anything.
