"Failed to verify captcha"

I'm trying to fix my account's email and phone number, and I fill out a support form and try and send it off.
I get a little screen with a space to enter a code, so I go to my new email I want to change it to, and enter the code and hit "send", but then after that, I get hit with "Failed to verify captcha, please try again later" even though one didn't pop up?
Is there a way to fix this?

Looks like something on your end is blocking the captcha. Did you ever do anything to block stuff?
